Appointments can be booked online or by contacting the clinic directly.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time so you can receive the full length of your session.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rebooked and the appointment fee may still apply.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged the full appointment fee.
The initial consultation fee is payable in advance when booking.
Fees for follow-up appointments are payable at the time of the appointment.
Payments can be made by card or cash.
Osteopathic treatment is based on the information you provide about your health and medical history.
Please inform your osteopath about any relevant medical conditions, recent injuries or surgery, pregnancy, medications, or changes in your health so that treatment can be provided safely and appropriately.
Your osteopath will explain the proposed treatment and you will have the opportunity to ask questions.
Treatment will only proceed with your informed consent, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
Patients under the age of 16 must attend with a parent or legal guardian.
Your personal and medical information will be handled in accordance with UK data protection law and kept confidential.

Osteopaths practising at the clinic are registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and practise in accordance with their professional standards.
